GROUPWORK

Group work is all about working with several participants that come together to explore similar experiences surrounding the group itself. The exploration will happen with one to two therapists being the facilitators in the group.

There are many different types of groups that can be explored, including anxiety, depression or trauma focused. Some of the content of the group will be education based (Psychoeducation) as it is important to know the ins and outs of the mental health issue being explored.

Groups can take place online or face-to-face, depending on the size of the groups.

​

The sessions will cost between £20 and £30 per session and will time time limited. The group will be time specific meaning it will end after a specific number of sessions (which will be dependent on the topic and the amount of participants in attendance).

8 sessions - £160-£240
